hyCURE®

91 year old male with arterial insufficiency ulcer; testimonial from Dr. F.L.Peters

July 6, 2000

Dear Dr. Stout,

I am taking the liberty of writing to you concerning your hycure product
which was introduced to me via your rep, Mr. Rex Walthall.
I have been in practice 24 years, of which my first 19 years was in
cardiovascular thoracic surgery.  I then went into podiatry.

My forte is limb salvage....lower extremity.  I have an uncle who is 91
years of age, who has an arterial insufficiency  ulcer over the dorsum of
his tib-fib area.  He is not a candidate for limb salvage vascular
construction.  Uncle Art is very active, and still drives his car.  I had
tried everything on his ulcer.  I came across Hycure on the internet and
contacted Rex via Anita and told him of the precarious situation my Uncle
was in.  He was kind enough to forward to me samples, literature, and
introduce me to your other products.

I mechanically, debrided the wound, under sterile technique, capaciously
irrigated the site, and applied the Hycure.  I took the liberty of having my
husband take the pictures.  We were shocked.  The hycure absorbed all the
necrotic tissue, exudate and debris.

Here is a gentleman, 91 years of age, who is arterially impaired, with good
albumin levels, and is slightly collaterlizing, who started to heal with
Hycure. I then proceeded to call Rex for more suggestions.  He then turned
me on to the elastogel.  Now mind you, the ulcer is still open, but it is
clean, and is starting to heal by secondary intention.  Rex is giving me
suggestions as the ulcer is progressing.  I am grateful to him.

In return, I have told him I would send the photos to you for your perusal.
I also told the administrator of Woodstock Residence...Gail A. Hellebuyck,
R.N.  about Uncle Art, and your products.  Rex contacted her, and is
currently networking with her.

Hopefully more individuals, here about your wonderful products.  It is
definitely an asset, in wound healing, and especially limb salvage.

I also work with M*A*S*E*.....Medical and Safety Engineering....A company
which is owned by Logan Tanner and Jacob Willens.  Logan is an RN and
Paramedic. I have personally worked with them for over 10 years.  MASE
consists of about 30 paramedics and 10 nurses.
We do the home games for the Bears at Solder Field, and all the EVENTS at
Solder Field.
In addition we do the Concerts at the RIV, ARAGON, METRO, ART INSTITUTE OF
CHICAGO,
CHGO BD OF TRADE EXCHANGE, THE SPEEDWAY, ETC. WE PROVIDE BLS AND ALS
SERVICES AT THE EVENTS......TRAUMA, FIRST AID ETC.

Logan, his wife Ginny (who is also an RN), my husband and Uncle Art recently
went camping.  I showed them Uncle Art's leg.  They were amazed of what your
products accomplished.  If you wish to send Logan some literature and
product samples, we would be more than happy to have them, on our RIGS (
ambulances) and at the events.

After attending to the patients, we ship them on to the area hospitals,
usually Northwestern, Mercy, and Michael Reese Hospital ER Rooms.  Your
products would then be introduced to these ER Rooms of Chicago, Illinois.
These are Trauma Hospitals.  They see the majority of our patients. This
would be an avenue for you to network out.
I briefly mentioned this to Rex, but did not forward Logan's address or
phone number.

Thank you again, for helping me with Uncle Art.  Hopefully, word of your
products will get out.

Respectfully,

Dr.F.L.Peters
